WCPC has provided 3rd party quality control inspection services to homebuilders in the western United States since 1990.  We saw a need for builders to work proactively to eliminate potential problems arising from poor construction practices. To that end, WCPC has worked diligently with our builder clients to design programs and procedures that help raise the overall level of quality in every home built.

Our staff is comprised of construction professionals with expertise in a wide range of services. They include licensed architects, energy inspectors, and building inspectors certified by the ICC and ICBO.  Our committment to ongoing training provides you with a staff of inspectors who are apprised of new developments in construction.  Our field inspectors use the latest technology with near real-time data access, in order to better serve our clients.

WCPC has kept pace by developing technological systems that allow our clients access to inspection data gathered on their projects in near real-time.  This allows for quicker notification and a more efficient follow up and closure on any item requiring attention.  

WCPC is expanding our services to include energy inspections and HERS rater services in the existing service areas.

WCPC currently services California, Arizona, Nevada, and Florida.
