Quality Built LLC, & WCPC join forces

We are writing to you today to share some exciting news! Quality Built,LLC (Quality Built) and West Coast Property Consultants (WCPC) havedecided to come together to become the nation's undisputed leader inquality assurance. By joining the two companies together, we are able toimmediately expand our scope of services and offer more options, moreindustry experts and greater technology than either company couldprovide on its own and with the strong financial backing necessary toexpand during tough economic times.

For our WCPC clients, there will be no noticeable change on anoperational level. WCPC will operate as an independent division of QualityBuilt. As such, on-going projects will continue to be serviced by the samepersonnel, using the same protocols, software and processes. Allwebsites, login, passwords, phone numbers and email addresses willremain the same.

WCPC Now Primary Vendor for Lennar Homes in California, Arizona, and Nevada.

WCPC has enjoyed a strong relationship with Lennar Homes in the West for several years and the same with Greystone Homes before their acquisition by Lennar in the 1990s. Beginning in 2010 WCPC has been awarded the contracts for third party quality control inspection in the Northern California and Reno divisions. WCPC has been the primary vendor for Southern California, Arizona, and Nevada for several years.

Lennar Homes has a strong committment to quality construction and WCPC is proud to be a part of and confirmation of that committment.
