Lennar's trade partner relationship with WCPC has proven to be very beneficial and is a large part of our division's quality control procedures.  By providing a third party inspection and the documentation that goes along with the process we are providing a better product for our homeowners as well as excellent permanent inspection records for Lennar.  Quality is a large focus at Lennar and WCPC has assisted all our field associates with regard to training and implementation of our water proofing methods.  Because we follow these methods, our division has experienced very few issues related to water infiltration.  In conslusion, I fell that our division's quality is being closely monitored and WCPC is a key factor in achieving our quality goals.
