WCPC can perform inspections and photographic documentation at
the completion of a project, or phase of a project, prior to the
turnover to the Home Owners Association (HOA).
These inspections are performed in order to identify any
outstanding issues that need to be addressed prior to the HOA
receiving the project. These inspections typically focus on the
building exterior, common areas and features, landscape, hardscape,
slopes and drainage.
The purpose of these inspections is to create a time specific
record of the condition of these elements. This can prove
extremely helpful as the years pass and changes occur to these
areas.
Annual Inspections
Annual inspections are typically undertaken in order for a builder to monitor changes taking place on a project. This report is extremely helpful in assuring that Association management is following the maintenance guidelines set forth in their manual.
