A third party inspection service provides additional oversight in the consturcion process. The inspector identifies and reports deficiencies of critical components of the construction process. Client staff is notified immediately so that corrective action may be taken without interruption of the construction schedule.

HERS and Solar verification services may also be used to comply with various utility and governmental reabte programs. WCPC is familiar with these process' and can manage the necessary forms and documentation required to complete the rebate process.

All inspections are focused on verifying compliance with approved construction documents, applicable Building Codes, manufacturer's installation instructions, existing industry standards, such as Cal Green, ASTM, AAMA NRCA, SMACNA and good building practices.
