For most of our clients, WCPC staff architects conduct a review of architectural plans and details prior to inception of construction. The reviews focus on risk reduction and improvement of construction quality by identifying inconsistencies and/or areas that, in our experience, may create difficulties either during or after construction.
The
architectural reviews center primarily on waterproofing details
although other aspects of the plans will be examined for
consistency and completeness. The objective is to make the
final set of plans one which will leave as few "gray areas" as
possible for subcontractors and which will conform with all current and relevant codes, industry practices and manufacturer's installation requirements.
WCPC can also provide a review of your structural plans, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Photovoltaic, or Green Building Plans.
